Sales Manager (Commission-Based, Fully Remote)
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive growth, open doors, and build long-term relationships across the drone, GIS, construction, real estate, and public-sector markets in Europe.
If you know how to sell technology, speak the language of decision-makers, and can close deals without hand-holding — you’re exactly who we want.
This role is 100% performance-based (high commission, no fixed hours) and fully remote. Perfect for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and results over bureaucracy.
What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads across EU/UK drone operators, survey companies, councils, and engineering firms.
- Run outbound outreach on LinkedIn, email, calls, events.
- Present DT360’s value clearly: Digital Twins, 3D modelling, antifraud workflows, GCP integration, etc.
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract.
- Identify partnership opportunities with drone schools, local authorities, and digital agencies.
- Report insights directly to the founders to shape product and GTM strategy.
Required experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech sales — ideally SaaS, GIS, drones, or engineering software.
- Proven track record of closing deals (show us numbers or case studies).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident, sharp, and structured.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business impact.
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to municipalities, planning departments, or construction/inspection companies.
- Existing network in drone mapping, surveying, or real estate technology.
- Familiarity with RFPs, procurement processes, and long sales cycles.

Senior Front-End Developer (Three.js focus)
Senior Front-End Developer (Three.js focus)
We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who can own the UI/UX layer of our 3D and photogrammetry platform. This is a role for someone who is genuinely strong in JavaScript (with a focus on Three.js), HTML, CSS, PHP, and who understands how to ship fast, clean, maintainable front-end code.
If you enjoy building high-performance interfaces, working with 3D viewers, and shaping the visual experience of a deep-tech product — you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll work on
- Developing and maintaining advanced 3D/Three.js components for DT360’s viewer and editor.
- Building clean, responsive layouts in HTML/CSS without relying on heavy frameworks.
- Integrating UI logic tightly with backend PHP endpoints.
- Designing intuitive front-end flows for complex 3D workflows (crop, rotate, recenter, antifraud checks, previews, etc.).
- Translating product requirements into pixel-perfect, performant interfaces.
- Contributing to our internal “Canon” coding discipline — minimalism, clarity, no over-engineering.
Required skills
- Excellent JavaScript skills — proven ability, not “basic knowledge.”
- Three.js mastery (or strong 3D/webGL background and readiness to ramp up fast).
- Strong HTML5 + CSS3 fundamentals (layouts, responsiveness, no shortcuts).
- Solid PHP understanding (you must be able to work in a PHP-oriented backend environment).
- Eye for design — ability to create visually coherent UIs, not just “functional screens.”
- Experience with performance optimization for complex front-end flows.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar Front-End / UI Engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interactive Media, or a related technical field.
- Proven portfolio or examples of real front-end work (preferably involving 3D, CAD, GIS, or visualization systems).
